Paper quilling is a decorative art form that involves rolling, shaping, and gluing narrow paper strips into intricate designs to decorate cards, pictures, and jewelry.Participants will a pair of earrings, using basic shapes.  Earrings will be treated with a water resistant glue to protect against damage.
 
Base price includes an instructor fee, credit card fee and materials for 2 participants.
